What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our PMO team.
 
What you will be doing:

The PMO is responsible for overseeing all projects, products and new versions for On-Prem and SaaS solutions, ensuring all are delivered on time, within scope.

This role involves establishing and maintaining projects and products GTM management standards, processes, implementing best practices across the organization, in full collaboration with internal and external stakeholders  

You will be responsible for:

• Project Oversight: Supervise the planning, execution and control of projects and products releases to ensure they meet organizational goals and standards. Experience in coordinating cross-functional work teams across multiple time zones up to task completion

• Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources effectively along with the direct managers to ensure projects success.

• Process Improvement: Develop and implement project management and GTM methodologies, standards, and tools.

• Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects are on track and within budget.

• Training and Development: Provide training and support to project managers and team members to enhance their project management skills.

  What you will bring to the table:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification.

• Experience:  6 years plus of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects. An expert understanding of GTM (Go to Market) from incubation until deployment of On-Prem and SaaS products and methodologies such Scrum and Kanban

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools such Azure DevOps, Monday.com, MS Suite, SharePoint and more.

• Leadership: Strong leadership and matrix team management skills, proactive, independent, open minded and flexible.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
