Description -

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for designing and implementing talent programs, conducting assessments, succession planning, performance management, and collaborating to foster employee growth and development within the organization. The role sets success metrics, executes change plans, and enhances diversity retention. The role offers data-driven analysis for workforce decisions, and devises gap reduction strategies with an operational focus.

Responsibilities
• Provides subject matter expertise to key stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, leaders, etc.) to ensure the design and delivery of efficient, effective, and value-added talent management practices.
• Identifies program success criteria, designs program strategy, and establishes goals and metrics to measure performance.
• Executes and contributes to development of change management strategy while serving as a global resource to business leaders and the HR community to ensure the effective execution of implementation plans.
• Ensures that processes, partnerships, and tools increase organization's ability to develop and retain diverse talent.
• Implements tactics to mitigate bias in key talent management practices (e.g., performance management, development, talent review, etc.) and measurements to demonstrate progress and desired outcomes.
• Ensures alignment of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Change Management practices and solutions to facilitate integration and connectivity across the talent lifecycle.
• Supports in designing of strategic talent management practices, aligned to organization’s talent principles, that helps build key organizational capability, thus, ensuring a pipeline of ready-now talent, including performance management, talent review, succession, talent mobility, and competency management.
• Utilizes talent management expertise to influence adoption of the enterprise talent planning approaches by sustaining an external lens to ensure talent practices are industry leading and consistent across the entire organization.
• Provides insightful analysis to business partners to drive workforce related decision making and continuously assesses existing/new workforce plans to ensure practical business alignment.
• Conducts workforce gap analysis and assessments to identify gap reduction strategies including an evaluation of operational effectiveness, identification of defects, gaps, and areas of risk, documentation of workforce trends.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in training, talent selection & development, performance management, or a related field.

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR)

• Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP)

The base pay range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
