Position Summary
Exiger is seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead and scale our growing portfolio of trade enforcement related engagements. This role is ideal for an experienced federal delivery leader with deep familiarity in the trade, customs, or supply chain enforcement domains. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end oversight of high-visibility technology and analytics programs—ensuring alignment with client goals, internal resources, and Exiger’s innovation roadmap.
This position requires a candidate who thrives in matrixed environments, brings clarity and focus to complex programs, and can guide government-facing workstreams through delivery with a deep sense of mission. The right individual will have a strong track record delivering national-scale federal projects and experience collaborating with government enforcement and regulatory missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program management for public sector integration and data-sharing initiatives.
- Manage rebuttal/support scenarios when employers challenge flagged data; deliver stakeholder-ready products (reports, briefings, memos).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Set requirements for, and oversee, data model build-out and technical innovation (LLMs, AI, user interfaces, and related tools).
- Provide technical oversight of transshipment data/risk analysis while aligning outputs with agency mission needs.
- Translate technical and analytical work into actionable products within agency’s operational and political environment.
Qualifications
- Strong program/project management experience in government, compliance, or risk domains.
- Familiarity with trade enforcement, sanctions, UFLPA, and export controls.
- Technical proficiency in developing and guiding data analytics, including AI/LLM pipelines and risk modeling.
- Ability to thrive in a technology-forward, matrixed environment, making progress independently despite ambiguity.
- Strong command presence and cultural awareness to succeed within agency’s operational environment; capable of aligning analysis with decision context and agency’s risk tolerance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and translation skills across technical and policy domains.
- Demonstrated passion, energy, and innovation; ability to “get stuff done” to drive project success.
- Master’s Degree in International Affairs or equivalent subject preferred
