We have immediate full-time, part-time, and volunteer positions available to assist with the opening of the new Family Welcome Center in Quincy. The Family Welcome Center (FWC) is designed to support newly arriving individuals and families. The urgent need right now is individuals and families from Haiti.
Priority will be given to individuals who are fluent in Haitian Creole, Spanish, and Portuguese.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference:
- Create a warm and welcoming environment to support newly arriving children and families
- Responsible for the reaching out to community resources and volunteers
- Connect with children and families to assess basic needs and complete applications for support
- Monitor community needs
- Provide administrative supervision to all FWC staff
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Driving is required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Field OR related experience
- Language capacity in Haitian Creole and/or Spanish required
- Must also be fluent in English
- Understanding of local systems and resources
