Position Summary
The successful candidate will function as the Expert for development and delivery of training and skill building opportunities for Service Planning & Design processes and tools. The incumbent will have expert knowledge of the end-to-end New Business process and is acquainted with the use of tools including JobForce, WebViewer, Pathfinder, CC&B and other tools. The incumbent will also possess an understanding of relevant tariffs and regulations, including Rules 2, 15, 16, 20, and 21.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the Bay Area Territory.
Position will require up to approximately 15% of travel time in work schedule.
This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $122,000.
Bay Area Maximum: $194,000.
&/OR
California Minimum: $116,000.
California Maximum: $184,000.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and deliver training and skill development opportunities for SP&D co-workers
- Execute and deliver Service Planning training standard
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and define new Service Planning processes and/or requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration
- 8 years of related experience
Desired:
- Knowledge of New Business end-to-end process
- Advance knowledge of program management
- Ability to influence leaders through data analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Ability to lead large and complex projects with cross-functional teams
