Program Manager - Data Center Operations

What this job involves

This role focuses on comprehensive program management of strategic initiatives for data center operations. You'll be responsible for tracking performance metrics, managing client communications, overseeing documentation, and identifying growth opportunities. Working collaboratively with various stakeholders, you'll ensure successful program execution while proactively addressing risks and driving operational excellence.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Tracking program performance and preparing comprehensive documentation for key client meetings including Quarterly Business Reviews
• Managing and analyzing program data, developing baseline metrics and statistical reports for leadership presentations
• Organizing and maintaining critical documentation including contractual documents and organizational structures
• Developing resource allocation strategies and implementing talent management initiatives
• Leading growth management pipeline development and standardizing growth processes
• Creating templates and standard procedures in partnership with Operations Directors and Account Directors
• Enhancing opportunity tracking systems with detailed growth strategies
• Identifying and evaluating potential scope expansions for critical environment programs

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively
• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Adaptability to work in an environment with changing priorities
• Experience in program development, transformation, or initiative tracking

Preferred:

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with commercial models or growth initiatives
• Familiarity with data center operations
• Experience with technology systems and platforms beyond Microsoft Office

Estimated total compensation for this position:

145,000.00 – 168,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
