Position Summary

Provides leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for the Care Link intake and assessment program, ensuring high-quality, compliant, patient-centered services while supporting staff development and organizational goals.

A Day in the Life

Leads the intake team, oversees clinical operations, coaches staff, monitors quality and compliance, develops community partnerships, and promotes continuous improvement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Care Link intake program.

Supervise, mentor, and develop intake and assessment staff.

Promote best practices, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate program resources to maximize operational efficiency.

Support strategic initiatives and community partnerships.

Monitor program outcomes, audits, and documentation quality.

Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders.

Maintain familiarity with community resources and referral networks.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises assigned staff, including coaching, performance management, scheduling, training, and professional development.

Requirements

 

Education & Experience

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.

Current Ohio LISW or LPCC with supervisory designation

Minimum two years of behavioral health clinical experience.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

Knowledge of behavioral health documentation and HIPAA.

Critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.

Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands

Primarily office and clinical work with occasional standing, walking, and community travel.

Work Environment

Behavioral health outpatient/community setting.
