As a Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in upholding Living Innovations' mission, vision, and values. You'll provide leadership, supervision, and professional development to our dedicated staff, while ensuring the highest quality of service for our individuals. What You'll Do:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of up to 10-15 staff (including Coordinators and Team Leaders)
• Foster a culture of excellence, professional growth, and cultural alignment within your assigned areas.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our diverse service recipients.
• Develop innovative approaches to support individuals and shared living providers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall success of Living Innovations by upholding our policies and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• A valid state-issued Driver's License and proof of current insurance.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in a healthcare environment.
• The ability to make well-reasoned decisions, both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong discretion in handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening, and presentation) with consumers, family members, guardians, and colleagues at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the agency.
• Flexibility and strong coping skills for navigating issues typical in a social service setting.
• The ability to meet job performance measures with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legislative standards relevant to agency services.
