Join our collaborative, mission-driven team and bring your skills to work that makes a real difference every day.</p> <p><span data-contrast="none">Aspire Living &amp; Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Residential Program Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring that all supported individuals are receiving appropriate clinical and medical services. The Residential Program Manager will mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensure adherence to all DDS,&nbsp; funding agency, and state regulations, maintains and monitor staffing schedule, assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments, and assume on-call responsibilities as required.
