Responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of manufacturing programs from concept through delivery. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality assurance, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and meet all regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead and manage manufacturing programs throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to production and delivery.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage change control processes and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
• Program and project management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma, PMP certification a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Financial acumen and experience managing program budgets.

Salary: $95,800 - $143,600 plus bonus incentive
