About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Director to lead our Operations team in executing large-scale programs that enhance our operational efficiency and drive growth.

Position Overview: As the PMO Leader for Operations, you will oversee a team of cross-functional operations professionals responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale programs. You will play a crucial role in aligning strategic initiatives with operational capabilities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in program management, operations, and supply chain will be instrumental in optimizing processes and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of operations professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Develop and implement strategic program management frameworks that align with company goals.

Program Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale operations programs, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.

Operational Excellence:

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and stakeholders regarding program progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Present program updates and metrics to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Risk Management:

• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project developments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or supply chain

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects successfully.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
