Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, financial, and organizational support to the Project, Program Managers and Directors
• Provide financial tracking and reporting, and maintain spreadsheets for budget, forecasting, answering data calls, etc.
• Understand invoice and billing procedures, and update financial trackers accordingly
• Prepare and review purchase orders, and verify if there is funding available 
• NIWC LANT experience required
• Maintain and review various purchasing and procurement reports, and use that information to maintain financial data 
• Track and report Subcontractor activity and cost
• Provide accurate figures for long term planning, budgeting, forecasting
• Prepare monthly reports (CDRL’s) and submit for review and ensure delivery to the Government by report due dates
• Report up to date personnel information, such as, training activity, badge expiration dates, etc.
• Support Project Manager, Program Manager and Director in administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, reporting data, etc

Qualifications

- Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 5 - 7 years of experience, or a Master's and 3 to 5 years of experience.

- Active Secret clearance walking in the door
