Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic team and client leadership, primarily for our Jacksonville, FL work.
- Manage and develop program design including the development of work plans to meet goals, aligning staff assignments, managing programs to goal, and providing accurate forecasting both internally and to clients.
- Identify, define, quantify, track, and drive program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time.
- Continuously assess project progress to goals and develop innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
- Develop, manage, and foster partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolves and/or escalates client issues.
- Interface with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance and HR to meet program needs.
- Possibly manage one to three staff members
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field of study required; a Masters degree in a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2+ years experience in energy-efficiency or a related field required, experience with utility energy conservation programs preferred.
- Must be located or willing to relocate to the greater Jacksonville, FL area.
- Direct supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets and plans.
- Excellent project and program management skills
- Proficient in establishing job and work process flows
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budget
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Positive, action-oriented attitude showing initiation and creativity
- Client service focus
- Ability to collaborate well at all levels within an organization and be a team-player
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
