Our customers span a wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.</p> <h2><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></h2> <p>We are seeking a business leader with substantial commercial and operational experience who will own the complete lifecycle of large-scale programs ($10MM-$25MM+ annual revenue). The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex engineering and manufacturing programs at multiple sites. They build relationships with customers and internal collaborators by showing results. They can influence and coordinate resources across organizational boundaries without direct authority. You should be comfortable making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, navigating challenging customer situations, and building cohesive teams from diverse company resources.</p> <p><strong>What you get to do</strong></p> <p>The Program Delivery Director is responsible for owning and delivering complex, multi-site programmatic work aligned to a strategic customer. This role exists to ensure successful execution of engineering and production programs from concept through scaled manufacturing, managing complete P&amp;L accountability and driving customer satisfaction.
