The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $27.34 to $30.27.
This position is non-exempt under the FLSA.

About the Position
The Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing and managing the administrative functions of the Community Restitution Program in a specific region within Maricopa County. The Program Coordinator will be developing and coordinating community services projects for justice involved individuals who are court-ordered to complete community restitution hours (which requires weekend availability). This is done in keeping with the Community Restoration Activity of the Adult Probation’s Department Strategic Plan.
Standard Judicial Branch business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position is on-site and in-person but may be eligible for a hybrid teleworking schedule following six months of employment within the role (dependent on the needs of the Judicial Branch). May require working weekends.

Position Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Public Programs
OR
Combined education and experience qualifications:
- Other combinations of education and job-related experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis.
Our Preferred Candidate has:
- Two (2) years of experience coordinating and administering public programs and services
- CPR and First Aid certification
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Knowledge of:
- Principles and practices for implementing and managing administrative functions, program goals, policies, and procedures.
- Development and coordination of community service projects.
- Local and regional resource agencies and their available services.
- Safe and effective use of landscaping equipment and tools (e.g., lawn mowers, hedge/weed trimmers, leaf blowers).
Skill in:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders and community partners.
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Proficient in data management, including organization, analysis, and reporting.
