The Program Coordinator will assist with the administration and coordination of project partner activities and reports, organizing and arranging meeting logistics and agreements, coordinating with project partners and maintaining a database of partner deliverables.

Your Background & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience supporting program implementation, preferably working with journalists or media organizations, civil society and/or government stakeholders in LAC.
- Experience working on USAID-funded projects required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills including time management.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment, and ability to remain flexible while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, both oral and written required.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Very good command of English Language is required.
- Good writing skills in both English and Spanish Language
- Positive attitude and willingness to support and assist colleagues.
- Project management and planning experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate valid proof of unrestricted work authorization in El Salvador.
Your Daily Tasks
- Review documents such as contracts, fund requests, travel expenses and per diems, to participate in expense reconciliation processes and other activities or processes related to active grants.
- Contribute to the review of program documents and deliverables (contracts, project proposals, project deliverables, etc.).
- Logistical support for internal activities of the project office and programmatic activities, if required.
- Contribute to internal program updates and reporting.
- Support the review and formatting of complex documents, including training materials, periodic program reports and evaluations.
- Support in drafting quarterly narrative reports on project activities, including following-up with relevant staffers to address reporting/information gaps.
- Review and format program documents (training materials, reports, etc.).
- Maintain program activity records and reports.
- Support administrative and logistical tasks, include office management, coordinating staff and beneficiary travel, facilitating outreach and engagement with local stakeholders, drafting, overseeing and ensuring payments on service contracts and credit card reconciliations, and other stakeholder outreach and follow up as necessary.
- Draft and oversee vendor, subgrantee and service contracts, assist with credit card reconciliations, and other payment processing duties as assigned.
- Perform other program and administrative tasks as assigned.
