Program Coordinator - Board Office

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to administer multiple programs, maintain composure under pressure, and respond positively to feedback and guidance.
This is a full time on-site position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer one or more programs or projects.
- Define program or project requirements, identify interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, and coordinate to receive their input.
- Develop communications regarding the program or project; Develop project plans and/or programmatic process.
- Develop and track metrics, provide complex data analysis & interpretation and develop program related reports.
- Make recommendations for program or process improvements by providing inputs for systemic changes to program or project management processes for better planning, scope management, and risk prevention.
- Support the design and implementation of policies, process and procedures.
- Develop process for execution of program initiatives.
- Engage with program management teams internally and vendors externally for coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
Minimum Education and/or Training:
- Bachelors degree required.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum requirement: 3+ years of experience in program management delivery.
- Significant experience working with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, MS Office)
- Event planning a plus.
- Workday experience preferred
- Paralegal or experience in a legal office a plus
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70,720 - $126,880 per year for the role of Program Coordinator - Board Office.Explore our exceptional benefits!
