Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Control Analyst to join our team supporting Remotely. As the Program Control Analyst, you will provide project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex portfolio of contracts or one very large program depending upon the exact assignment. Duties will include forecasting/budgeting, contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance, and reporting, and purchasing. Additionally, the Analyst may assist with leadership of program PCA team and may be responsible for the training and development of that team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develops plans including budgets.
  • Acts as key technical expert on financial analysis issues, concerns, and special projects.
  • Interfaces with top management, responding to their requests for financial data.
  • Resolves reporting and compliance issues.
  • Prepares special reports and financial studies for management and alerts them to significant variances to plan.
  • Coordinates, negotiates, and resolves financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation.
  • Conducts and may Principal audits.
  • May provide work leadership for lower-level employees.
  • Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program.
  • Conducts program plan studies. Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
  • Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required.
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data.
  • Prepare procedures and train PCA personnel on EVM concepts and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Relevant experience includes forecasting/budgeting, contract accounting and reporting, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, and cost analysis.

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or finance and 3 or more years of relevant experience (see above description); OR
  • Associate’s degree in business or finance and 7 years’ of relevant experience (see above description); OR
  • NO degree and 9 years of relevant experience (see above description)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office EXCEL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior cost, forecasting, and cost analysis experience working on government contracts and subcontracts
  • Prior experience using PeopleSoft

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess a current/active U.S. Government secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

The projected compensation range for this position is $57,700-$95,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
