Position Purpose
This position is responsible for administrative support to the Community Transitions department. The Community Transitions’ programs support clients who are transitioning back to their home communities from psychiatric hospitals, institutions, withdrawal management programs or restoration programs.
Essential Duties
- Schedules meetings, takes meeting minutes, schedule interviews as needed
- Completes data entry of intakes and referrals into database daily, along with referral tracking and basic audits of database.
- Manage referral email and phone line
- Takes inventory of supplies and places orders as needed
- Assist with financial well-being through utilization and authorization tasks, such as processing check requests as needed.
- Manages faxes and scans documents.
- Manage the organization of documents, folders, spreadsheets in SharePoint
- Request records monthly per contractual requirement
- Performs mass mailings, such as client satisfaction surveys.
- Back up for front desk when operations return to Denver based office – if required by RMHS business needs
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of basic office machines.
- Organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of general administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally work at an RMHS office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in providing support to case management and/or behavioral health programs.
- Experience with web-based data management systems.
- Experience with supporting remote teammates
Driving Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work
- No major violations in the past three years.
- No more than two moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet and maintain agency driving requirements and operate agency vehicles
