About the role

To qualify for this position, you must meet one of the following Basic Requirements: Applicant must demonstrate at least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-14 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties: Independently directing and personally performing enterprise transformation initiatives by applying Lean Six Sigma techniques, including data analysis, root cause analysis, and process optimization to diagnose and resolve systemic operational challenges; Developing and presenting analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leaders to build consensus and drive organizational change; and Serving as the subject matter expert leading the full change management lifecycle to implement new policies, procedures, or governance structures resulting in measurable improvements in agency performance and program effectiveness.
