Professional Services Technical ConsultantAbout your role:
As a Professional Services Technical Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in ACH technologies to provide exceptional support to financial institutions. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Fiserv products, working closely with cross-functional project teams. Your role as a technical consulting professional will be critical in ensuring the success of Payments application projects and providing top-notch support to our clients.
What you'll do:
- Present yourself confidently in all customer-facing situations and provide excellent support to financial institution clients.
- Lead technical aspects of project-based assignments and act as the Fiserv expert on the ACH team.
- Work with cross-functional project teams to install and test high availability Payments applications.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and conduct smoke tests on Fiserv products using technologies such as JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services.
- Provide technical platform support documentation as part of project deliverables.
Experience you'll need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services.
- 5+ years of experience with ACH APIs, specifically PEP+ Direct API, Exchange, and CommonView.
- 5+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- 5+ years of experience with high availability Payments applications.
- 5+ years of experience in crafting technical platform support documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical leadership roles.
- Professional certifications relevant to ACH technologies or project management.
- Familiarity with Fiserv products and services.
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
