Your role in our mission

• Interpret user requirements, update, create, publish and implement project test plans for both manual and automation testing.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Perform quality assurance testing, automation as needed.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs (root cause analysis).
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs.
• Communicate with multiple levels of personnel.
• Document and submit status reports.
• Document testing results and coordinate with developers on test issues.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years related work experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases that meet the corporate standards and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing, testing tools like QTP/UFT/Selenium, and Hadoop ecosystem.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Scripting.
• Experience with QA/Testing on multiple platforms and complex processes such as JAVA, Informatica, DB2 and Mainframe.
• Certification in AHIP classes is desired.

What you should expect in this role

• Fully Remote position with the ability to live anywhere in the USA or Puerto Rico.
• Travel on request 0-10%

The pay range for this position is $50,400.00 - $72,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
