Your role in our mission
- Interpret user requirements, update, create, publish and implement project test plans for both manual and automation testing.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Perform quality assurance testing, automation as needed.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs (root cause analysis).
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs.
- Communicate with multiple levels of personnel.
- Document and submit status reports.
- Document testing results and coordinate with developers on test issues.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years related work experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases that meet the corporate standards and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing, testing tools like QTP/UFT/Selenium, and Hadoop ecosystem.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and Scripting.
- Experience with QA/Testing on multiple platforms and complex processes such as JAVA, Informatica, DB2 and Mainframe.
- Certification in AHIP classes is desired.
What you should expect in this role
- Fully Remote position with the ability to live anywhere in the USA or Puerto Rico.

The pay range for this position is $50,400.00 - $72,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
