Production Worker

FULL-TIME

$21/hr

Operate, maintain and control the production equipment and process on the Blown Shrink Film Line to produce a high quality Shrink film in a safe and productive manner to efficiently supply the Converting department with quality product and service customer orders.

Principle accountabilities:
1. Ensure effective and efficent operation of blown shrink line machinery to maximize prioductivity.
2. Obtain raw materials and packaging, including using a pallet jack and/or forklift.
3. Read recipes with accuracy.
4. Required to follow the Job Description of the position they are performing.
5. Performs other tasks as directed by Manager or Supervisors.

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Shift length: 12 hours Rotating shift (2-2-3) 2 week rotations

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to perform basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work with others and on a team

* Must be able to work rotating shifts and nights.
