McIntosh Box & Pallet is hiring a 1st Production Workers to join our team in Bernhards Bay, NY!
We are looking for technically skilled individuals with great attention to detail and a positive attitude to join our team. The Production worker role will be a key player in the manufacturing of pallets and skids efficiently to continue to build and grow a premium pallet manufacturing company. The individual should be responsible, hardworking and a team player. The goal will be to ensure that materials and products are built properly, safely, efficiently, and always at the right pace to achieve maximum efficiency.
Shift Time: 6am to 2:30PM
Salary: $16 plus incentive pay
A Production Worker is responsible for working with wood processing equipment to cut materials and build pallets and skids.
Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Run wood processing equipment such as Cut-Off saws, Notchers, and Stake Pointers
- Build specialty pallets and skids
- Operate a forklift
- Perform maintenance on equipment such as changing blades and greasing
- Keep production areas clean and organized
- Adhere to safety management standards
- Comply with company policies and safety guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility
- Operate and manage technical equipment
