We are looking for a Production Technician to join our Manufacturing Unit team in Seneca, SC.

BASF’s Catalysts division is the global market leader in catalyst technologies. The division develops and produces mobile emissions catalysts as well as process catalysts and offers precious metals trading, recycling and related products and services. 

 

A Production Technician in the Manufacturing Unit works from specific verbal and/or written instructions to operate the appropriate process equipment to produce a consistent product.

During your 12-hour shift as a Production Technician - Zeolites / PC, you will

 

• Load and unload process equipment and operate process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications.
• Maintain acceptable housekeeping standards in the work area and follow all safety regulations.
• Operate forklift.
• Maintain lot integrity by keeping accurate batch/run sheets.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations associated with a chemical operation as well as knowledge of proper material handling procedures.

If you...

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Possess prior experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Own experience operating a forklift 
• Have a valid driver's license
• Are able to work 12 hr night shifts
