What You’ll Do

As a Production Support, you’ll be part of our team located in Willard, OH.

Responsibilities include:

• The ability to perform jobs in all areas of assembly or related departments
• The incumbents in this position will be subjected to moving from one position to another based on the needs of the business and/or vacancies.
• Training new associates as needed
• Assisting in implementation and maintaining our training programs that will include Lean, ISO and other programs.
• Taking all continuous improvement training and help implement.
