About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Support Analyst – ECM / Document Processing to support continuous monitoring of enterprise document processing systems in a production environment. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, accuracy, and timeliness of batch processing and data flow across multiple integrated platforms, including Datacap and FileNet. You will proactively identify issues, monitor system performance, and ensure seamless end-to-end document and data processing.

Must be willing to travel to Sacramento if offered the position to complete the LiveScan onboarding requirement.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday–Friday; standard business hours with required monitoring checkpoints (3 times daily). Additional coverage may be required during incidents.

PAY RATE:

$38.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

· Perform scheduled monitoring checks (minimum 3 times daily) across Datacap, FileNet, and integrated systems
· Monitor end-to-end document and data flow (Scan → Datacap → FileNet → downstream systems)
· Track batch processing performance, queue volumes, and identify processing delays
· Monitor application services and ensure proper data synchronization across systems
· Validate document ingestion and flow into FileNet and downstream platforms
· Analyze Reveille dashboards and Tableau reports to detect anomalies and performance issues
· Conduct continuous monitoring during network or application incidents to assess downstream impacts
· Document, report, and escalate system issues to M&O teams and key stakeholders
· Support operational stability by identifying trends and potential risks in batch processing workflows

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

· Hands-on experience monitoring Datacap batch processing, services, and data flow
· Strong ability to read and interpret application and system logs for troubleshooting
· Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and issue investigation
· Experience with Reveille monitoring dashboards and Tableau reporting tools
· Understanding of document management system (DMS) workflows (Scan → Datacap → FileNet → downstream systems)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a production support environment
· Ability to work independently and respond quickly to system issues
· Excellent communication skills for reporting and escalation
