Located about 190 miles south east of San Francisco, Fresno is a city in California's San Joaquin Valley. Compensation:

Pactiv Evergreen is required by laws in many locations to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $82,000/year.

 

 

 

The Production Supervisor facilitates the development of high performance teams within the plants and ensures the team's execution of standard work and compliance with our base systems for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The PSL creates a culture of engagement within and between the teams to directly impact and consistently meet plant objectives and deliverables. This position ensures that high performance teams work collaboratively in the decision making processes and that the decisions are in alignment with plant goals and objectives, OSHA requirements and current Human Resources (HR) guidelines. People engagement and involvement are critical in creating and sustaining a high performance team culture; therefore the Shift Leader will be responsible for leading by example and foster the development of individuals. 

The position reports to the Unit Manager and will work with closely with the production leaders.
