We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as Production Supervisor. Responsible for managing a diverse and talented manufacturing team. Your primary goal is to properly organize staff members and achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day. The position will also include directing, disciplining, training, and assisting lower-level manufacturing employees in a factory setting.

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- Degree in a technical or relevant field or a combination of education and experience
- Must have production knowledge and ability to lead team members with 4 years of leadership experience
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO training and experience a plus
- Requires ability to read technical material and develop analysis and recommendation
- Computer Skills – Strong Excel skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Implement company’s safety program to ensure safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit daily reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Position Details
- Full Time: Monday-Thursday 6:00 pm-6:00am
- Located in: Various Sites, North America
- Position may require some travel, up to 5% as needed.
