What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Working with Union Hourly and Salary Personnel in a dynamic, changing environment with emphasis on operational safety.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Analyze production data to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Lead and develop a team of production staff to achieve performance goals.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong leadership and team management skills and commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Proficiency in production planning and process optimization.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to acquire an ATF license.

• Exposure to heights and tight inspection locations to work environment.

  Must be available for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
