What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Working with Union Hourly and Salary Personnel in a dynamic, changing environment with emphasis on operational safety.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Analyze production data to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Lead and develop a team of production staff to achieve performance goals.
What Are We Looking For
Strong leadership and team management skills and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Proficiency in production planning and process optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to acquire an ATF license.
Exposure to heights and tight inspection locations to work environment.
Must be available for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
