- Responsible to track the performance indicators of the line/ cell(s)
- Ensures, supported by the shift supervisor, the achievement of the production plan (quality, quantity) and informs in case of gaps
- Ensures effective implementation and use of the Production Basics
- Supports effective processes implementation and makes proposal to improve the process
- Assists Setter or performs set up and changeovers
- Ensures necessary documentation is available at the line
