**This role is 2nd shift 4pm-12:30am M-F**
What You will do:
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 production associates
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Provide clear direction and decision-making support during shift operations
Address personnel issues, performance concerns, and team dynamics as needed
Operational Ownership
Serve as the on-site leader for all second shift operations
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and cleanroom standards
Ensure all products meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements
Partner with Quality teams to address deviations, non-conformances, and investigations
Technical Troubleshooting & Decision-Making
Provide real-time technical support for production issues and equipment challenges
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance when escalation is needed
Make informed decisions to minimize downtime and maintain throughput
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency gains
Support implementation of lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives
What You will have:
Technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field)
Previous experience in a team lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and lead without direct oversight
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production equipment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What will set You apart:
Experience in medical device manufacturing
Familiarity with cleanroom environments and GMP regulations
Experience working in chemical manufacturing or regulated industries
