Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Allurion is seeking a Production Supervisor, to support the manufacturing and assembly of the Allurion Gastric Balloon. A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a medical device clean room environment using assorted types of equipment and processes. Responsibilities include operator hiring, performance management, quality and capacity improvement projects, scheduling, and other supervisory responsibilities.

As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Maintains accurate production records/documentation and ensure compliance to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Coordinates daily assignments by organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
• Evaluate and inspect workstations to ensure optimum efficiency
• Ensure all training records are current and operator training matrix is up to date
• Communicates between Manufacturing Manager and other supervisors of solve problems that impact planned priorities
• Understands the production process and constantly identifies improvement opportunities across quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale
• Must be able to understand and follow engineering basic technical procedures to ensure process are followed per documentation
• Be able to adjust comfortably to procedural changes as the company evolves
• Know, understand, communicate, and facilitate a safe work culture, ensuring compliance with the company safety/environmental and housekeeping policies
• Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and R&D to complete projects as assigned

What we are looking for in you:

• Have an overall understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Process (cGMP)
• A high school diploma / GED or 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Attentive to detail and quality
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as medical, aerospace, or food packaging, is preferred
• Able to handle, manipulate, and inspect small components
• Able to commute to Natick, Massachusetts
• Second Shift Role: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

• Onsite role split in Natick, MA, only candidates local will be considered
