As a Production Supervisor, you will be working to support the plant’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities

 

 

• Coaching and mentoring all direct reports for development and succession planning
• Develop and maintain the reporting mechanism needed to monitor production rates, yields, and quality, cost variances.
• Identify areas for improvement in process, equipment, and training, and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed
• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives, understand requirements, and meet production specifications and deadlines. Coordinate production activities with engineering, maintenance, and quality control activities
• Utilize effective troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis to monitor, assess, and resolve production issues with staff and equipment.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate the performance of production personnel with a goal of cross-training staff, ensuring that cGMP procedures and practices are maintained and followed.
