The production specialist manages raw lumber and initiates the beautifying process by converting raw lumber into tightly tolerance, aesthetically featured materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Engage with Team and Technical Advisors to ensure safe and correct methods are used to facilitate requested output

· Maintain a safe and quality based effort for any products that are processed

· Clean up work area each day in accordance with plant safety and house cleaning standards

· Process work in a timely, quality focused manner.

· Ability to interpret cut sheets, work orders, and prints

· Display a baseline of understanding of the Tharp Quality requirements

· Other duties as required

6:00 am-2:30 pm, Mon-Fri

Requirements

• Appreciation for quality.
• Self-motivated.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Previous experience with table saws, drills, staple and nail guns is strongly preferred but not required.
• Experience in woodworking or cabinetry is a plus but not necessary.
