Production Shift Manager

Are you a Production Shift Manager, Front Line Manager, Area Manager or even a Production Supervisor with experience operating independently and involved in decision making?

We are currently working with a well established but family feel food manufacturer who are looking for a Shift Manager to join the team on a Mon-Fri 06:30-15:00pm shift!

You will be responsible for Shift Management of the area, ensuring team performance is upheld, compliance to health and safety, food safety and quality standards. Setting performance targets, KPI metrics and driving personal development plans. Running SIC meetings and identifying areas of cost savings and implementing CI/Lean manufacturing initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will need to have 5+ years' experience operating in a management position, consisting of decision making and autonomously running a shift. A food background is essential, chilled and high risk the preference but other background can be considered.
