Production Floater – New Brunswick, NJ (Requires 50% local travel throughout the state of New Jersey)
Shift: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Must be flexible to work evenings & weekends as needed)

About Us and Our Program:
Easterseals, a national nonprofit, has supported individuals with disabilities for over 50 years. Its Supported Employment program provides job coaching, personalized training, and tools to help participants achieve their career goals and transition into new roles.
What You’ll Do:
The Production Floater will perform a variety of tasks and assignments to support the production floor operations as needed including but not limited to facilities and vehicle maintenance, transportation services, operating production equipment, and hands-on skills training techniques to program participants for community employment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assists Employment Specialists in job coaching and training of program participants as needed.
• Ensures facilities and vehicles are safe, clean, and well maintained in accordance with policies and standards.
• Adheres to the safe transportation of program participants and the safety and maintenance of vehicle’s operation.
• Assists in ensuring inventory levels are maintained and all equipment is always in working order.
• Assists with physical inventories of program material.
• Delivers high-quality services and demonstrates a high level of consumer and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
• Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of previous experience in human services or related field preferred.
• Requirements: Possesses a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Skills: Must show a commitment to working in a team environment, while keeping a positive attitude and a willingness to be flexible.
