Production Process Engineer (m/f/d)

About the Team:

We are looking for a new team member to join the Production Process Engineering Team at our plant in Żórawina

 

What you can expect as a Production Process Engineer (m/f/d):

 

• Planning and continuously improving existing production processes, machines, and tools for various product variants
• Analyzing production capabilities and adapting them to meet production demand
• Identifying and eliminating root causes of failures in new products and product variants
• Supporting the establishment and maintenance of work standards, as well as conducting operator training related to these standards
• Providing technical support and supervision during the introduction of new products to production lines
• Preparing and maintaining process documentation, including MSA studies, work instructions, failure analyses, SPC, PFMEA, and other quality and process engineering documentation
• Monitoring process and quality standards, controlling costs and implementing corrective actions
• Supporting production leaders and operators in achieving daily production targets

 

Your profile as a Production Process Engineer (m/f/d):

 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Solid understanding of basic pneumatics and electrical systems
• Knowledge of and experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality tools, including PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, PPAP, MSA, SPC, MSD, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage
• Experience in PLC programming and the programming of machine vision and tightening systems will be an advantage
• Fluency in Polish and a communicative level of English
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
