What You Will Do:
Plans and prepares production schedules, assesses changes, and improves processes as necessary
Prepares reports on work in progress
Facilitates the capacity management process, including identification and escalation of long term capacity gaps to ensure successful execution of customer demands in support of SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning)
Executes continuous management of the master demand schedule, including adherence to all required validations using the best information available, in order to provide long range organizational effectiveness and aftermarket demand visibility in support of financial planning, internal and external capacity management, and the overall SIOP process.
Tracks status of material availability and potential production problems as it relates to production planning
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the proven ability to lead projects are needed
What You Will Learn:
How to coordinate interdepartmental activity with operations, ROCS, supply chain, engineering, quality assurance, and inventory control
How to drive automation and visual management tools progress
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 1 year of experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)
Preferred Qualifications:
CORE Accreditation and/or LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt

This role is Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
