Job Description

• Plan & Optimize Production: Develop master production schedules aligned with sales forecasts, ensuring on-time delivery of goods

• Inventory Management: Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished product stock levels to balance supply and demand

• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Purchasing, SCM, Sales, and Logistics to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks

• Data Accuracy: Prepare daily performance reports, export schedules, and inventory updates using Axapta and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields .

• 2+ years in Production Planning (PPIC) or manufacturing roles (fresh graduates with strong competencies may apply).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Axapta Dynamics, SAP) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis).
• Understanding of production processes, inventory control, and quality management.
• Problem-solving (identify solutions under pressure).
• Attention to detail and proactive communication (written/spoken English is a plus).
• Team player with integrity and service-oriented mindset
