Reporting into the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator position will be based out of our New Castle, DE site and will be responsible for bagging raw materials, following written procedures, monitoring and optimizing processes conditions, creating a high quality and cost-efficient product, obtaining and utilizing proper packaging supplies, performing self-checks for quality and correctness, and maintaining housekeeping and operation of designated circuit with strong sense of ownership. Applicants must be willing to work shift work, have high mechanical aptitude, and good analytical skills.

• Bagging raw materials, following written procedures for circuits. Obtaining and utilizing proper packaging supplies.

• Monitoring and optimizing process conditions to create a high quality and cost-efficient product. Performing self-checks for quality and correctness.

• Clean up material and return to proper ore piles, containers, and/or trash area as directed.

• Work in a neat and orderly manner and minimize loss.

• Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. Required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.

• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.

• Regularly operate forklifts.

• Attend training classes in-plant or other locations as assigned.

• Other duties as required by management to maintain an efficient operation.
