Job Description

Responsible for providing operational support to the Product Management and Product Development teams. This role involves analyzing product data, identifying trends, and optimizing processes to enhance product performance and efficiency

The Product Operations Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth product operations, addressing issues, and implementing solutions to drive business success

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization

• Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand product requirements and objectives

• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline product operations and workflows

• Provide operational support to address issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of product operations

• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and operational insights

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, business analysis or related roles

• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaborationLevel of Knowledge

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation

• Proficiency in tools and software for data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

• Soft Skills: Stakeholder Management, Effective Presentation

• Hard Skills: Data Analysis, Project Management, Reporting and Visualization

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
