TITLE: Production Manager

 

DUTIES: Production Manager wanted by manufacture pharma dispensing systems company in Congers, NY. Manage, coordinate assembly operations, customer satisfaction, assign responsibilities, delegate authority, recruit, select, orient and train employees; develop production plan together with sales, engineering, procurement and logistics department; lead, complete production plan by establishing priorities, scheduling activities and employees, monitoring progress, and resolving problems; provide manufacturing decision-making information by estimating future requirements on labor and machines; manage manufacturing staff performance level; prepare production budgets; Prepare reports; Ensure safety rules and regulations.

 

SALARY: Wage range: $125,341 - $167,000 yearly.

 

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)

 

LOCATION: 250 North Route 303, Congers, NY 10920

 

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Industrial Management and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Process Assembly Leader using MES, SAP, PBI, VBA, C++ in the packaging and dispensing industry. Foreign degree equivalency accepted.
