Job Summary

As a Production Manager at Wolfgang Puck Catering in the LA Commissary, where culinary magic is created for our events and corporate accounts, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our production team. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of production employees to prepare and deliver finished food products efficiently, timely, and with precision.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of production employees to ensure the efficient and timely preparation and delivery of finished food products to the serving areas.
• Oversee kitchen operations while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the entire staff.
• Prepare or provide guidance in the preparation of meals in strict accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.
• Execute any other duties as assigned to maintain operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A culinary degree is preferred.
• Possess three to five years of culinary management experience.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills, capable of leading a dynamic production team.
• Show a genuine desire to contribute to the success of an industry leader like Wolfgang Puck Catering.
