Production Line Operator/ Production Shift Lead 

      Tipton – Night Shift (7pm – 7am)    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:     

• Product Testing & Analysis

• Manage and execute the collection, testing and analysis of products in real-time to ensure fast feedback for in-spec production.
• Develop expertise in product specifications, testing methods and equipment
• Make suggestions of process adjustment to Line Operator

• Line Operator – Back-up to Line Operator

• • Operate equipment for a specialized continuous production line via computerized control systems.
  • As needed, lead a shift team that works together in a positive manner to achieve output and quality goals
  • Develop technical knowledge of equipment and raw materials to enable efficient and productive output of specified product performance
  • Enter inventory transactions via Syteline, Factory Track and FLOW systems

• GENERAL

• Perform all other production related duties as assigned or directed
• Adherence to all quality standards and specifications
• Demonstrate a commitment to all tasks assigned
• Help create a positive work environment
• Support and follow company policies and procedures
• Adhere to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

Minimum Qualifications:     

• Fork and clamp truck certification (Possess or obtain via New Pig training)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Math skills – ability to perform basic math functions and conversions
• Physical activity - lift up to 50 pounds continuously, occasional pushing/pulling heavily weighted items
• Production standards - Capable of producing all products to standard rate
• Familiarity with basic computer use
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Flexibility of a changing schedule 

$18.00/hr with weekly paychecks + Shift Differential
