Our Evansville, IN, location is part of our Coatings division, and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. What You'll Do

 

The starting wage for this role is $24.17 per hour.  This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.   In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements). 

 

2nd shift hours are 2pm to 10:30 pm   Our Evansville site is located at 1515 Park Street, Evansville Indiana 47710.

 

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area. 
• Follow oral and or written work instructions.  Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when beginning work
•  Verify and feed raw materials into the production process. 
• Ensure products produced meet quality and food safety standards. 
• Check yields and investigate discrepancies.
•   Maintain accurate production records. 
• Monitor machinery for malfunctions. 
• Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues 
• Report food safety problems.
•  Clean workstation and equipment at shift-end
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, General Manufacturing Principles safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct! 
• Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety!  Perform other duties as assigned! 

What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe

High school diploma/GED

Computer literacy

Leadership skills

Two years in food manufacturing production preferred.

SAP experience preferred.
