Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. We are currently seeking a highly skilled designer and systematic thinker (aka Production Designer) to partner with creative/design directors and translate creative vision into a diverse range of tangible, engaging assets that will be distributed across various platforms and experiences.
What You’ll Do
Partners with ADs to layout creative assets, create mock-up comps, or retouch imagery.
Partner with art/design/studio directors to build and resize campaign assets such as print, environmental OOH, social, and digital executions while maintaining design integrity within established branding.
Refine a methodical approach and practice mastery over process to efficiently create a high volume of assets for print, digital, and social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and company values.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to projects and process.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to hone the craft, while efficiently building assets of all types.
Actively engage in opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Who You Are
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2 years of professional design production experience, preferably in an agency setting. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of production techniques and systematized design examples
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and creating a positive impact
Preferred:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related
