About The Role

We’re currently seeking a Production Delivery Coordinator to join our Print facility in Irving, Texas, so we can have more hands on deck to deliver our publications to the USPS and aid in our sustained growth and continued commitment to quality. 

The Production Delivery Coordinator is responsible for getting our publications into the mail so they can be delivered to readers. They’ll also be tasked with driving N2’s company vehicle to the USPS on a daily basis, as well as organizing our Quality Control (QC) copies and updating our computer system.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) opportunity with the ability to earn overtime each week. We’re currently looking for the right candidate to start on the facility’s first shift, which runs Monday through Friday from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm CT. Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone, via video, and in person. The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. 

The Role in Action

• Package and ship over 1,000 monthly items using FedEx and other carriers
• Oversee inventory management, kitting, and fulfillment for welcome kits and franchise materials
• Perform final quality control checks before all shipments leave the facility
• Communicate proactively with other departments regarding shipment timelines, inventory needs, and special requests
• Ensure all shipments meet USPS and carrier compliance standards
• Track and maintain accurate shipping and delivery data

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of shipping in a high-volume shipping/mailing environment
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of FedEx, USPS, and LTL shipping procedures and software
• Proficiency in FedEx Ship Manager, LTL freight platforms, and other mailing and shipping platforms
• Familiarity with USPS mail preparation across multiple mail classifications
• Experience using workflow software, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Strong time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines.
• A process-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
• A willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company
