Our Video Team produces 75 live events per year, six YouTube shows with over 20 million monthly views, and teaching materials for everyone in every walk of life.  The video team at Ramsey Solutions is currently looking for a Production Coordinator to play a highly administrative role for productions. 

What Winning Looks Like: 

• Enforce production schedules, book crews for shoots, and supervise production assistants
• Manage production budgets & calendar invites
• Coordinate accommodations for casts and crews on location, run production software, and adjust scripts and other written content when changes occur on-set
• Prepare and file paperwork, process contracts, order equipment, screen talent, and set up scripts and spaces for Production Personnel

Skills Needed to Win: 

• Video Production experience or a degree in the production field
• A high level of organization and attention to detail
• Flexibility when plans change
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Coachable and curious with a desire to grow
• Passionate about the mission of Ramsey Solutions
