Production Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Peloton’s Production Management unit, composed of our Production and Event teams,  work 365 days a year to support our Content & Music team initiatives in the creation and production of events and production shoots both in house and remotely.  We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving group that focuses on enhancing our programming offerings, as well as, managing productions that support our business goals. 

We’re looking for an individual to join our Production Management team to assist in the execution of our events, productions,  and related Studio Strategy goals. The role will coordinate and support production & event initiatives, day to day workflows, logistics and support long range planning goals.  This role will report to the Assistant Manager, Production Management and with a dotted line to the Assistant Manager, Events.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Coordinates and contributes on all aspects of production workflows and processes
• Interface with Production Managers, Exec. Producers, Member Experience, Social Content, Production Operations and key stakeholders on all projects throughout project development to ensure the projects are completed to the highest quality standard.
• Maintain assigned staffing & planning schedules and assist in the creation of key project timelines to support tracking of deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns as they arise.
• Liaison for assigned projects between Production Mgmt and other Peloton departments and outside vendors
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and production workflows are efficient.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies for improving production & event processes and workflows
• Responsible for the handling and trafficking of sensitive information (budgetary, company goals & initiatives)

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 2+ years of experience in broadcast production and/or event production.
• Experience in various aspects of production management, operational and logistical aspects of production planning.(i.e. processing contracts and invoices, creating, maintaining and distributing production information, travel management, production personnel scheduling/staffing).
• Experience in working with external entities for independent or joint venture productions.
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills (i.e. budgeting time and prioritizing workload, accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, ability to implement systematic processes and organize information flow).
• Takes initiative, responsive to situations as they arise and understands the value of synergy in a dynamic, fast paced organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google & Smartsheet applications.

Base Salary: $81,800.00  to $106,400.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
